We are interested to track vessels through our web application. Also, it would be nice to get relevant vessel data eg: ship type, link to ship image etc... Would it be possible to get straight XML or JOSN data for particular fleet defined by MMSI numbers?

It would be used on this website http://www.tipikorama.rs

Dear Sirs,
What I'm looking for is a application that I can search vessels by destination.
I can search them by code or name but I'm interested to search them by destination. For instance: I would like to see all the vessels which have destination Ghent or Terneuzen. Now I have to go to a specific region and "click"on each vessel on the list and then I can see their destination.

Thanks and pleased to hear.

Today I used my iPhone in a port I don't know as good as my homeport.
I had to visit a vessel and I missed something on the fleetmon app.

I used search to see where the vessel was moored (map) but I missed the possibility to see my position in that same map. So I didn't know if I was far from the vessel or not. Is it maybe possible to include this also if you search a vessel who is less then 5 km from your position?? Maybe for the latest 3GS iphones the possibility to use GPS from your position to the ship??

Would it be possible to develop an Email Alert system..... when a ship or ships we have listed as following enter a Digital Seas covered area we could receive an instant Email with entry date, time and location.
My sons ship is off Morocco at the moment on it's way to Tunisia, i'm waiting for him to enter the Straits of Gibraltar to pick him up again but i can't tell if i have missed him passing through....with a Digital Seas Email Alert we could follow chosen ships easier.
I feel this feature could help attract more AIS stations and expand the sites appeal.

it's terrible that under anonymity, thus voting, I propose that is published and "no" votes anonymous, is preferable in my view that there is this form of voting, and propose that it is the managers, who carry this system Feedback is only a proposal, and also open a debate, to improve in this section.

This problem also happened on the page you say, before the votes were antonyms, and bounced as if you had a picture of the same vessel, but since they are public, things changed 100% 1000, to clear this, by here are antonyms? and non-public "if it would if another rooster sing", jejeje.

so terrible, I say that sometimes takes to get a nice few hours need to be waiting until that time arrives, and after many, sweating is that person who you love and remember so many times from him and misses you down this job as a one vote? and you almost lose the will to take up more.
greetings Javier

Hi,

Having downloaded and registered this Christmas Day, is there a way that your location can be entered and saved without going to the map each time and "zooming" to your required location, ie Channel Islands or Le Harve etc.

Many thanks for a excellent app and have a Good Christmas,
Nigel

Although I am new to this site I have tried to make the effort to join in by posting some photos.
I live looking out over Margate Roads in North Kent,UK.We often have a number of ships anchored awaiting pilots. The ships lie off some 3or 4 kms.
I would love my photos to be highly colourful withb deep blue seas and equaly blue skys but in reality it's December and in the UK it's generaly grey.
Some of my 'flat'posts however are ships for which you did not have images.
,so they may be of some use.If however you rate these posts as unusable,I know from posts I have read that your members are quite discerning,I will refrain from posting until yhe light improves
