I do not see much problem on the comments in image details ... It only serves to say "this is wrong imo", "is stolen", "this photo is only the bow or stern"? Ultimately only to critique the photos you do not like? Not be better to encourage good fellowship among all, if you like a photo comment on whether it is German, French, Italian, etc ... CX9AAW and his friends could use it, There are occasions when I feel I would like to pass advice on to some members on how to improve their pictures by straightening, croping, etc. It would also alow members to inform an uploader if they thought a picture was attached to the wrong vessel. However I can see how receiving lots of e-mails could be anoying to some and that some some members could abuse the facility by sending spam.
